|Abstract. The author of the article analyzes and organizes the political and social factors of the history of the formation of Kazakhs in Central Asia. The aim is to show the objective and subjective reasons for the emigration of Kazakhs abroad, to determine the fate of kazakhs, the political and social situation as a result of the left policy of the Soviet government at that time. The aim is to show the objective and subjective reasons for the formation of Kazakhs outside their historical homeland, to identify the consequences of the illegal policies of the Soviet government and the political and social situation and the fate of the Kazakhs. The consequences of the policies of the early years of Soviet rule will be defined: demarcation of ethnic borders of Central Asian republics, collectivization measures, famine, Stalin’s political repressions, etc. in the formation of Kazakhs in Central Asia. For example, during the demarcation of the border, the Bolat volost inhabited by Kazakhs and 6 volosts surrounding Tashkent became part of Uzbekistan The article also provides evidence that one of the reasons for the formation of Kazakhs in Central Asia were land disputes in connection with border demarcation, famine and repression, etc. problems. In order to show in the article, the historical situation of the formation of Kazakhs, the author managed to use widely the data of the archives of the republics of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.|
